Alrighty then, here we go!
Characters
First we start with the shape of the head:

This are a few examples of what you can do. As you might have already noticed, the shapes are quite round. No hard corners in the headshape please!
Some place you are able to use corners are the hands:

The lenght of the characters:

A normal person is 3 heads high, small person 2,5 head and tall person 3,5 (almost 4 in this example).
Clothes:
Like the example above, the clothes are going to be simple and straight. No wrinkles, we keep it simple.
Shadows:
No shadows unless it's really needed (like, Victer in his room with only light on his face. So the face is highlighted and the rest is darker)
Outlines:
No outlines.
Colours:
Bright colours, but not more than 90% saturation and less than 10% black. To make it yourself easier to check this, please use HSB-colourmode in Illustrator. To make matching colour-combinations, you can set the saturation & black and switch only the hue :)
Backgrounds
1 colourtone, quite simple shapes. Soft colours, like somewhere around 20 or 30% saturation i think.
EXAMPLES ARE IN THE POSTS BELOW!
