I think it's best if you start with the first three pages and than continue to the rest.
You can use flash very well for this stuff.
But you are free to use another program :)
To make it easier for yourself, use the unionskin-option in Flash!!!
Just do like Richard (the author) says and you will succeed.
So start with the contact-positions, then the passing-possition, breakdowns and inbetweens.
